Amazon's Supply Chain Managers play a central role in our global business. They keep our complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams who are fulfilling customer orders to Program teams and everything in between. You'll help us optimise our supply chains to make our customer experience even better and our business more energy and cost efficient.
Key job responsibilities
Define supply chain and operating models for business
Analyse and interpret data to improve efficiency across supply chains and multiple operations
Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
Support the planning and organisation of complex projects
Create short- and long-term innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organisation.
Enhance operational performance and influence change needed from Stakeholder teams.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting teams and contribuiting to reliable and trustful partnership with internal Stakeholders.
Analysing complex data to explain KPIs performance and identify opportunities to achieve higher targets.
Communicate findings and proposals in a clear and compelling way verbally and in written.
A day in the life
Being a Supply Chain Managers for Amazon involves lots of problem solving. You'll work with a number of teams to navigate challenges as and when situations impact our network. You'll spend time resolving temporary issues and looking at the bigger picture to drive Amazon towards achieving new objectives.
As a Supply Chain Managers, you'll need to help with both on-the-ground tasks and more tactical work. No two days will be the same. You could spend one day helping to define our supply chain and operating models and the next assisting with a site's resource plan for a busy period. Having so much variety in your role means you'll be able to learn something new every day.
About the team
Relay Load Board (RLB) is Amazon's Spot Marketplace and accounts for a significant Amazon Linehaul Volume
It enables Amazon to manage disruptions in the network and protect customer experience.
RLB Program team is responsible to deliver the capacity conversion for the spot market demand to amazon middle mile to deliver to our customer
Basic Qualifications
- A degree
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining and executing program requirements

Have you ever wondered how Amazon delivers so quickly, or if delivery speeds could improve even further? In the Amazon EU Supply Chain Placement Analytics & Engineering team, we drive innovation for our customers to enhance product availability and speed while reducing costs and carbon emissions. This role will give an unique view into Amazon Inventory Placement systems, processes, and operations, enabling collaboration with planning, operations, and technical teams. Among others, you will have the opportunity to simplify our supply chain network to deliver faster and cheaper. If you excel at understanding complex systems and have a proven track record of analyzing data to generate insights and business recommendations at scale, we'd like to talk to you.
This position is based out of our EU Headquarters in Luxembourg.
Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain metrics to evaluate and enhance Inventory Placement's systems.
- Create analytical tools and processes to accelerate insights and automation.
- Drive placement strategy improvements using data modeling and analysis to optimize product spread across Amazon facilities, enhancing selection and reducing customer delivery distance.
- Collaborate with technology teams to define key priorities to accommodate growing business needs and implement recommendations through new features and/or configurations.
- Research, develop, document and present new opportunities to all levels of Supply Chain, Finance, Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) and Retail leadership.
A day in the life
- Collaborate with a diverse team of Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Scientists, Program or Product Managers and Finance Analysts to develop effective metrics and analytical tools that address business goals.
- Partner with Business and Tech teams to prioritize impactful insights.
- Explore systems while performing anecdotes to understand concrete root causes.
- Scale findings from anecdotes to understand its impact and respective prioritization.
- Conduct data driven experiments to accelerate innovation.
- Perform analysis at scale with new metric cuts and/or statistical models.
- Explore AI to accelerate generation of insights.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience in the data/BI space
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis

Description de poste :

  • En tant que Consultant(e) Onsite, tu seras l'ambassadeur(rice) Manpower directement chez notre client. Ton quotidien ? Un mix passionnant entre terrain, gestion, relationnel et réactivité !
  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie des intérimaires sur site : recrutement, intégration, suivi, fidélisation.
  • Être le point de contact RH privilégié entre les intérimaires, les équipes opérationnelles et Manpower.
  • Piloter les plannings, valider les heures, gérer les contrats et assurer un suivi administratif irréprochable.
  • Garantir une excellente expérience candidat et client.
  • Contribuer activement au bon fonctionnement du site logistique (sécurité, productivité, communication).

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience en environnement logistique ou en agence RH appréciée.
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, ERP, ATS…).
  • Relationnel hors pair : tu sais écouter, rassurer, motiver et recadrer avec tact.
  • Tu parles français couramment et tu as un bon niveau d'anglais (échanges quotidiens sur site).
  • Autonome, réactif(ve), rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) solution.
