Luxembourg is the European Headquarters for John Deere Financial. The primary activity is providing financial services to customers and dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment. The Wholesale Credit Division of John Deere Bank is responsible for managing the credit relationship with the European John Deere dealer and distributor network and their need for inventory financing. For that purpose, we have a local presence responsible for our core markets that cover Europe, Africa and the Middle East, supported by a central Wholesale credit department located in Luxembourg.
**WHOLESALE CREDIT** **& ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT**
**CDD - 1 year contract**
**What You'll Do:**
**The candidate will provide comprehensive support to various teams-including Credit Analysis, Country and Account Credit Managers, and Reporting-by assisting with daily operations, credit review processes, and administrative coordination. Here are the key responsibilities:**
+ **Account Administration** : Provide ongoing support for account maintenance and updates, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
+ **Reporting & Analytics** : Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and statistics to support credit and analysis functions
+ **Administrative Tasks:** Perform various administrative duties such as document filing, invoice processing, scanning, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
+ **Risk Control Systems:** Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of risk control systems to ensure credit requirements are met in all new applications.
+ **Policy & Procedure Maintenance:** Support the review, documentation, and updating of credit policies and procedures to reflect current practices and regulatory standards.
+ **If relevant credit review support:** Assist Account Credit Managers in preparing credit reviews by compiling financial data, verifying documentation, and gathering relevant information.
**What It Takes:**
+ Degree in Finance or Business Administration
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Details oriented, well organized, flexible and good team player
+ Good Microsoft skills, especially Word and Excel
+ Fluent in German and English. Knowledge of French is a plus
