La Chambre de Commerce est l'institution phare des entreprises et de l'économie du Luxembourg, regroupant l'ensemble des entreprises luxembourgeoises exerçant des activités industrielles, commerciales, financières, de services et émanant du secteur de l'Horeca.
Elle représente aujourd'hui quelques 100.000 entreprises, qui représentent 80% du PIB luxembourgeois et 75% du total de l'emploi salarié.
L'équipe « Talents & Skills » s'investit activement dans le développement et la valorisation des talents par le renforcement durable des compétences en entreprise, qui un levier important de la compétitivité et de l'attractivité du Luxembourg.
En tant que membre de l'équipe « Talents & Skills », vous contribuez à soutenir les entreprises pour qu'elles disposent des talents et compétences dont elles ont besoin et à renforcer, par ce biais, durablement leur compétitivité. Concrètement vous menez des travaux d'analyse liés au développement des compétences ainsi qu'à l'attraction des talents au sein des entreprises luxembourgeoises et vous rédigez des prises de position et des avis visant à promouvoir un cadre favorable à l'innovation et à la montée en compétences.
Grâce à une veille active des évolutions nationales et européennes, vous identifiez les tendances et formulez des recommandations utiles pour ainsi assister la direction dans des prises de décision stratégiques et le développement de projets d'envergure.
Vous évoluez dans un environnement intéressant et diversifié tout en enrichissant vos connaissances et en collaborant au sein d'une équipe passionnée.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Réaliser des analyses et élaborer des prises de positions, des avis et des publications pour agir en faveur d'un cadre propice au développement des compétences et à l'attraction, la valorisation et la fidélisation des talents;
- Contribuer au développement conceptuel de projets en lien avec les sujets talents et compétences au sens large ;
- Assister la direction dans la rédaction de notes stratégiques et d'autres documents;
- Assurer une veille thématique quant aux évolutions nationales et européennes en matière d'éducation, de compétences et de talents, en identifiant les tendances, les enjeux émergents et les opportunités de positionnement pour la Chambre de Commerce tout en assurant le partage d'information au sein de l'équipe.
COMPETENCES REQUISES
- être titulaire d'un master / d'une maîtrise en sciences humaines, sociales, politiques ou à orientation économique/juridique,
- se prévaloir de 3 années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente idéalement dans une position similaire, posséder un fort intérêt pour les sujets talents et formation,
- faire preuve de capacités d'analyse,
- disposer d'excellentes facultés d'expression écrite et orale des langues française et anglaise, la pratique des langues luxembourgeoise et/ou allemande étant considérée comme un atout appréciable,
- savoir travailler de façon autonome et prendre des initiatives,
- faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe et de facilités de communication,
- utiliser couramment les outils informatiques MS Office et être à l'aise avec l'utilisation simultanée de plusieurs autres outils digitaux (Sharepoint, Jira, …).

We are looking for an HR apprentice (sandwich course) starting from September. This position is aimed at students currently enrolled in a Master's program (M1 or M2) with a focus on Human Resources, Labour Law, or Business Management. If you are curious, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Provide administrative support to the Group Human Resources Function (recruitment, contracts & documentation, training, reporting, statistics, etc.)
· Maintain the accuracy of internal HRIS and strengthen the support files and documentation
· Support the payroll preparation
· Participate to the recruitment process
· Help developing and implementing HR policies/procedures/templates & processes
· Help building and implementing training plan (collect training needs, identify and organize training sessions, prepare the co-financing INFPC request)
· Produce HR related reporting
· On an ad-hoc basis, deploy other projects and proactively assist in various HR Matters with a professional and flexible attitude
Qualifications:
· Currently enroll in a Master's degree in human resources management
· Exposure to Luxembourg labour law and regulations would be a plus
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with respect and effectiveness with all employees
· Analytical and organised spirit
· Autonomous and able to take initiatives
· Communication skills and team-oriented person
· Time management and prioritisation skills
· Flexible, proactive, details and solutions oriented
· Being able to handle sensitive and confidential information at all times

The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing quality services to employees and management in the areas of HR administration, training & development, Recruitment, etc… It ensures that all HR services, relevant policies and systems in place are aligned with the Bank's values, strategy and mission.
In order to support our HR administration team, we are looking for a Human Resources Officer to handle the Bank's time registration & absence management system PrimeWeb and deliver an excellent and proactive internal service to all stakeholders.
Your main tasks will be:
- Administer and maintain the Bank's time registration and absence management system in the frame of Luxembourg law and the Collective Bargaining Agreement for bank employees
- Become the administrative master of a complex system, incl. configurations and regular updates according to the organisational requirements
- Follow up on all kind of absences within the Bank liaising directly with all line managers and staff members.
- Provide precise and detailed reports and statistics on working time and absences
- Support colleagues in various administrative tasks (input, checking, filing…).
Job requirements:
- Studies qualifying for administrative tasks
- First experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge and experience in the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Bank employees and/or Luxembourg payroll is considered as an advantage
- Prior experience in managing a Time Registration and Absence management System is considered as an advantage
- Administrative attitude with a natural tendency to focus on details with accuracy!
- Strong interest in managing a dedicated system with a good command of Microsoft office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook…)
- English and French fluent
- Very high level of confidentiality!
- Willing to integrate and closely work with other colleagues in HR Administration
- Confidence in active communication via email and telephone
- Be client focused with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.

As an Applied Science Intern, you will own the design and development of end-to-end systems. You'll have the opportunity to write technical white papers, create roadmaps and drive production level projects that will support Amazon Science.

About the team
Applicants will be reviewed on a rolling basis and are assigned to teams aligned with their research interests and experience prior to interviews.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language

Preferred Qualifications
- Have publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
- Experience in designing experiments and statistical analysis of results
- Experience implementing algorithms using toolkits and self-developed code
- Experience in solving business problems through machine learning, data mining and statistical algorithms
