Your journey as Kyndryl Graduate Program - Consult Delivery - _Full Stack Developer_ will start with an immersive learning program, focused on building a core set of business and consulting skills which you will use working on exciting projects with our flagship clients. We will support you in kickstarting your career by offering rotation, shadowing and specialization opportunities during the 2-years program.

You will get a chance to learn Software Engineering at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
-1-2 years of professional full-stack development experience.
-Proficiency in core frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+) and at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).
-Good proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, C, Ruby, Go) and associated frameworks.
-Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
-Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
-Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Gitflow, PRs)
-Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration).
-Understanding of software design principles (SOLID, OOP, Design Patterns).
-Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team.
-Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience -Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) - otherwise, you can obtain certifications with Kyndryl -Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices -Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
-Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
-Understanding of security best practices.
-Experience with serverless architectures.
-Familiarity with GraphQL.
