• Responsible for overall coordination, progress reporting and stability of project work efforts

Vos missions principales

Gestion de projets immobiliers en cours

• Définir les objectifs techniques, financiers et calendaires de chaque opération
• Mettre en œuvre les documents contractuels des projets (métrés, bordereaux, contrats).
• Sélectionner puis coordonner les intervenants internes et externes (architectes, bureaux d'études, entreprises)
• Suivre les chantiers jusqu'à la livraison : qualité, coûts, délais
• Assurer les réceptions/livraison et garantir la levée des réserves éventuelles
• Participer à la communication avec les acquéreurs pendant la construction
• Participer aux réunions de chantier et veiller au bon avancement global
• Assurer un reporting clair et rigoureux auprès de la direction

Suivi après-vente

• Être l'interlocuteur technique des acquéreurs après livraison
• Gérer les demandes SAV
• Organiser et suivre les interventions correctives avec les entreprises
• Maintenir un suivi rigoureux des dossiers jusqu'à leur clôture

Études techniques & estimations pour acquisitions

• Participer à l'analyse technique d'opportunités d'acquisition de terrains en vue de développer de nouveaux projets

Votre profil

• Formation supérieure en construction : ingénieur, architecte ou technicien expérimenté
• Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 à 5 ans) en gestion de projets immobiliers au Luxembourg
• Bonne connaissance du secteur immobilier et de la construction au Luxembourg
• Maîtrise de logiciels techniques et de gestion de projet (Autocad, Excel, etc.)
• Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, autonomie et esprit d'initiative
• Excellente communication orale et écrite
