In this critical role, you'll work closely with the Senior Financial Reporting Manager and play a central part in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage and coordinate all aspects of financial reporting to ensure high-quality outputs aligned with IFRS and local GAAPs (Dutch, German, and Luxembourg). Your responsibilities include:
External Reporting
- Assist with the accurate and timely preparation and reporting of consolidated annual and quarterly financial statements under IFRS, and manage standalone annual accounts in accordance with FRS 101, Dutch, German, and Luxembourg GAAP.
- Monitor changes in financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Support external audits, respond to auditor queries, and liaise across departments.
- Oversee reporting packages for shareholders and lenders.
- Contribute to risk assessments and audit planning.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Provide guidance on IFRS and local GAAP to finance teams.
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations.
- Review critical accounts and implement audit-ready reconciliation processes.
- Draft and update financial policies and technical accounting memos.
- Assist with impairment assessments and legal entity structure optimization.
- Prepare and review financial statements and indirect cash flows, including variance analyses.
- Oversee financial reporting systems and collaborate across teams for financial data collection.
- Support ESG-related reporting under new regulations (e.g. CSRD, Green Finance).
- Work closely with IT and Finance to drive automation and system enhancements.
- Participate in projects spanning month-end close, board reporting, audits, M&A, and finance-IT integrations.
What We're Looking For
- ACCA-qualified (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role .
- Solid understanding of IFRS and ideally of local GAAPs (Dutch, German, Luxembourg).
- Advanced Excel skills and ideally, experience with Microsoft D365/Dynamics.
- Experience in multi-currency reporting environments and lease accounting is a plus.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with strong communication skills.
- Able to present complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- A natural collaborator and problem-solver with a process-improvement mindset.
- Full working proficiency in English is essential.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (up to 3 or 4 times per year)

Vos missionsPréparer et assurer le suivi du reporting WIP.
Garantir une facturation clients précise et ponctuelle en collaboration avec les équipes internes.
Participer au recouvrement des créances.
Saisir les écritures comptables courantes (fournisseurs, caisse et clients).
Réaliser les opérations comptables quotidiennes.
Assister les avocats dans différents départements.
Rédiger et reproduire des documents juridiques de base (actes de société, contrats, etc.).
Effectuer des traductions simples et relire attentivement la documentation.
Gérer les publications au Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) et au Registre des Bénéficiaires Effectifs (RBE).
Organiser la légalisation/apostille des documents.
Apporter un soutien global au département contentieux.
Réaliser diverses tâches administratives quotidiennes.
Diplôme de type BTS ou licence en finance, comptabilité ou domaine similaire.
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'assistant(e) comptable, assistant(e) paralegal ou assistant(e) personnel(le) dans un cabinet d'avocats ou société de services professionnels.
Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Aisance relationnelle et capacité à communiquer dans un cadre professionnel.
Esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer avec collègues et prestataires.
Autonomie, proactivité et solides compétences organisationnelles.
Rigueur et attention au détail.
Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
