Your Role
- Responsible for installation and configuration of users Devices (Windows 11, IOS).
- In charge of User access management and profile creation

Your profile
- Degree in computer science.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in IT support Team
- Experience with Access management.
- Excellent knowledge of Systems: VMware vSphere/VSAN/ESX, Windows 10 / Office 365, Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Power shell and scripting languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM Tools
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- IT passioned, highly motivated, organized, autonomous with a critical mind and a strong desire to improve things.
- Fluency in French and English. Any other language would be considered as an additional asset.

Main responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical support, addressing straightforward incidents and service requests

Data Management & Reporting Officer / Business Support – Data & IT Tools
Job Purpose: To support the modernisation of the institution's Reporting & Analytics, the extension of the BCBS239 compliance scope, and the implementation of data quality and digitalisation initiatives. The role will contribute to the migration of legacy reporting systems, enhancement of data governance frameworks, and enablement of new IT tools aligned with the institution's Group standards.
Reporting line: The incumbent(s) will report to and work under the supervision of the Head of the Data & IT Tools Unit.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Analytics Modernisation and BCBS239 Scope Extension

Assist in the migration of data and reports to the Group Data Warehouse (GDWH), ensuring the decommissioning of legacy Business Objects universes.
-
Support the expansion of BCBS239 compliance to Financial Statements and Pillar III reports through detailed data mapping and control framework adaptation.

Apply Group Reporting Governance principles to critical reports developed in Business Object, Tableau, and Power BI .
-
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate the implementation of BCBS239 within the institution.
2. Data Quality Control Implementation

Design and implement new or improved data quality checks in IT tools, proactively addressing inconsistencies.

Assist in compiling evidence of controls execution for critical and mandate reports.

Contribute to the identification and logging of data quality or report production issues and monitor them closely until resolution.

Contribute to documentation, control testing, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high data quality standards.
3. Digitalisation Support

Participate in testing and feedback cycles for tactical tooling related to Data Quality, Data Glossary, and Data Lineage .

Assist in mapping and validating data migration into new IT tools, ensuring alignment with the institution's data structures.

Follow up on change requests, releases, and access rights reviews to support business ownership of IT tools.

Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of digital solutions within the institution.
Required Profile:
Qualifications:

A university degree, preferably at the postgraduate level, in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.

A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in data management, reporting, or analytics within a financial or regulatory environment.

Familiarity with BCBS239 principles and their application in reporting frameworks.

Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, reconciliation processes, and governance structures.

Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with Business Object, Tableau, Power BI , and data warehouse environments.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with SharePoint or a willingness to learn.
