Your Role:

Your Profile:

- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR, VPNs, NAC, DLP and Zero Trust solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in key regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR). ISO27011 Lead Implementer certified would be considered as an asset.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Vendor- & Lizenzmanagement:
Du fungierst als erster Ansprechpartner für IT Vendoren und überwachst die Einhaltung der Verträge. Zudem unterstützt Du die IT-Leitung bei der Überwachung der KPI's bzgl. Service und Verträge.
Zusammenarbeit:
Die fortlaufende Koordination mit anderen IT-Teams (z. B. Application Management, Infrastructure & Security) und externen Anbietern ist selbstverständlicher Teil Deiner Aufgaben.
DEIN PROFIL
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Client Service, IT Support bzw. Infrastruktur
- Gute Erfahrung in der Microsoft 365 und Intune Umgebung
- Kenntnisse in Ticket-Systemen
- Sicher im Umgang mit Lifecycle-Management von Systemen / Geräten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Service-orientierte Einstellung, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck die Aufgaben sicher zu priorisieren
- fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
