DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET.
Application Management:
Du bist für die Umsetzung der Applikationsstrategie zuständig, indem Du die unternehmensweite Applikationslandschaft im Einklang mit den Organisations- und Geschäftsanforderungen betreust. Dabei sorgst Du dafür, dass die eingesetzten und betreuten Systeme durch professionelles Monitoring (auch im Hinblick auf Performance) eine hohe Verfügbarkeit erreichen. Systemauffälligkeiten werden von Dir proaktiv bearbeitet und gelöst.
Project Management:
Du bringst Dich in geschäftsübergreifende Projekte bzw. Projektteams in Bezug auf Entwicklung, Einführung und Integration von neuen Software-Platformen wie z.B. Portfoliomanagement-Systeme, CRM- oder Risikomanagement-Tools ein.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Du interagierst bzw. verhandelst mit Software-Anbietern bzw. Service-Providern in Bezug auf die Optimierung technologischer Investitionen und Software-Produkten
Governance und Prozessverbesserungen:
Du sicherst die Compliance der genutzten Systeme in Bezug auf regulatorische, interne Policies und Vorgaben zur Cybersicherheit. Darüber hinaus wirkst Du bei ständigen Prozessverbesserungen sowie Einführung neuer Prozesse im Hinblick auf Effizienzsteigerung und Skalierbarkeit mit. Schließlich obliegt Dir auch mit der Durchführung des Test- und Releasemanagements der Systeme die Verantwortung dafür, dass diese fortwährend und mit den neuesten Updates und Sicherheitsupdates aktuell gehalten werden.
User Support & Training:
Du sorgst im Rahmen des 2nd-Level Support für die Lösung von applikationsbezogenen Useranfragen, indem Du eine qualitativ hochwertige Betreuung der Systeme und deren Bedienung sicherstellst. Dazu sorgst Du mit geeigneten Trainingsmaßnahmen dafür, dass Produktverbesserungen bzw. -anpassungen von den Anwendern sicher umgesetzt werden.
Datenmanagement:
Du sorgst in Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Teams in der IT dafür, dass die Integrität, Sicherheit und Verfügbarkeit der Daten in unseren Kernsystemen gewährleistet wird.
Dokumentation:
Du bist für die Dokumentation der Applikationen im Hinblick auf Prozeduren, Konfigurationen sowie User Guidelines zuständig und lieferst ebenfalls Informationen im Rahmen von regulatorischen oder internen Audits an die entsprechenden Stellen.
Zusammenarbeit:
Die fortlaufende Koordination mit anderen IT-Teams (z. B. Application Development, IT Infrastructure & Security, Client Service) und externen Anbietern ist selbstverständlicher Teil Deiner Aufgaben.

L'Administration de plateformes de sécurité:
- Mise en place, administration, surveillance et maintenance évolutive de plateformes informa‐tiques dans le domaine de la cyber-sécurité, avec un focus sur les solutions IAM, ReverseProxy, MFA, etc;

Are you an Information Technology (IT) Risk Manager ready for a step-up role with within Amazon's unique IT environment? We are looking for an experienced IT Risk Manager within the First Line of Defense (1LoD) to enhance our IT risk management and control environment. Reporting to the Senior IT Risk Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of a 1st Line IT Risk program across Amazon global regulated entities. The ideal candidate must have IT risk management experience, preferably, within the payments or financial services sector.
Key job responsibilities
- Support the Global Technology Officer (GTO) to attest compliance with the Global IT Risk Management Framework and legal entity regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement IT risk controls, mitigation strategies, and remediation plans.
- Establish IT risk management policies and procedures, ensure their implementation.
- Define key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs for IT risk management.
- Test critical applications to ensure resilience and recovery objectives set by the regulated entities are met.
- Perform risk based deep dives to identify and understand IT risk drivers and to validate root causes of IT related loss events.
- Contribute to risk assessment of third-party IT service providers.

Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, related technical field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience in enterprise risk management (ERM), regulatory compliance, and strategic risk oversight.
- Experience in IT compliance, IT audit or IT risk management.
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in technology risk, technology audit, within a financial institution, licensed money transmitter, or payments related e-commerce function.
- A good understanding of IT risk and control frameworks: COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL or equivalent.

Directly reporting to the Chair of the Audit Committee, the local CEO, and to the Group Head of Internal Audit, the Luxembourg Internal Audit function provides independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the Company's operations. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Assist the Head of Internal Audit in developing the multi-annual audit plan,

- End-to-end delivery of internal audit assignments in line with the Institute of Internal Auditors International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF),

Coinbase is looking for an Internal Audit IT Manager to join the Internal Audit team focusing primarily on EMEA IT and security related audits. This role will be hybrid in Luxembourg and will be reporting to an Internal Audit IT Senior Manager. The individual will be responsible for executing all aspects of audits, providing independent testing and audit coverage of technology, products and information security globally at Coinbase. This includes coverage over information and cyber security areas, infrastructure, platforms and applications, and governance over information technology and security. The individual has audit experience within one of the following areas: Information Security, IT governance, risk management or application security.
*What you'll be doing*
* As a part of a global internal audit team and working closely with the EMEA IT audit portfolio, develop next generation audit practices to maintain a best-in-class global internal audit function.
* In depth understanding of local EMEA regulatory requirements as it pertains to information technology, security and overall financial services applicable to Coinbase.
* Responsible for supporting Coinbase's internal audit plan through the execution of information technology and security related audits from beginning to end. Key activities include audit planning, stakeholder management, fieldwork execution, reporting and validation of remediated audit findings.
* Develop audit reports on the effectiveness of the internal control structure for an executive level audience, ensuring reported findings are appropriately documented and supported by evidence.
* Develop customized and valuable solutions to issues identified during the course of audits performed.

For select roles, Coinbase is piloting an AI tool based on machine learning technologies to conduct initial screening interviews to qualified applicants. The tool simulates realistic interview scenarios and engages in dynamic conversation. As a technical Project Manager, you will
- Lead, coordinate, and deliver complex IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Align project deliverables with strategic objectives while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage resources, budgets, risks, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the institution in digital transformation initiatives and technical innovation.
Your profile
- Solid experience in IT project management within large-scale or international environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMI).
- Technical background in infrastructure, cloud, or software development.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English and/or French, with a good knowledge of Dutch.
