Your Mission:
As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you'll ensure our teams and projects are fully equipped and operational
You'll prepare vehicles, manage tools and equipment, and maintain seamless logistics flow directly supporting our wind farm operations across Europe
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and load vehicles with tools, kits, and equipment according to project requirements.
- Conduct detailed inspections to ensure accuracy and completeness before dispatch.
- Organize and maintain inventory, documentation, and storage areas.
- Collaborate with operational teams to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks.
- Uphold strict safety and handling standards in all logistics activities.
- Work efficiently in varied weather conditions and handle physical tasks, including lifting.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in logistics, warehousing, or order preparation (2+ years).
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and comfortable with process-driven, repetitive tasks.
- Able to work outdoors and lift heavy items as needed.
- Proficient in French and English, any additional language is a plus.
- Familiar with inventory management systems (experience with the ERP Navision is an advantage).
- Holder of a valid driver's license.

Supply Chain & Order Administrator (SAP MM) (M/F)

For one of our clients, a leading international company in the raw materials trading sector supplying major European industrial sites, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interim Supply Chain & Order Administrator with strong SAP MM skills.
This is a temporary position with an immediate start date, perfect for a professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Your Mission:
Reporting to the Head of Back Office, you will be a key player in ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials from supplier to production. You will manage the entire order-to-invoice cycle, acting as the central point of contact for suppliers and internal production plants.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Order Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of raw material orders, from contract creation to final invoicing, using the SAP MM module.

SAP Data Processing: Accurately translate supply contracts and spot purchases into purchase and sales orders within SAP.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate closely with production plants and suppliers to coordinate and schedule the delivery of materials, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain.

Shipment Follow-Up: Proactively monitor shipments, manage all related documentation, and handle any discrepancies related to quantity, quality, or delivery, including claim management.

Financial Accuracy: Perform price calculations and verify invoices against contracts and purchase orders to guarantee financial accuracy.
Required Profile & Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven, hands-on experience with the SAP MM (Material Management) module is essential for this role.

High proficiency in spreadsheet software, particularly MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Full professional fluency in English is mandatory. A good working knowledge of French is also required.

Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international setting.
Valued Assets:

Experience with the SAP FI (Finance & Accounting) module is a significant advantage.

Previous experience in a similar role within commodity trading, industrial manufacturing, or international logistics.

Proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, or Portuguese would be highly valued.
