The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Analyse, prepare and send AML/CTF KYC documentation for each new client and existing clients for ongoing review.

- Perform sample tests on a regular basis on these AML services performed by other NT locations.
- Review and validate each 6-month post fund launch check made by the Relationship Managers.
- Act as the 1rst line privileged contact point for the Relationship Managers and the different delegates.
- Prepare and review regulatory reporting and deliver complete and timely reporting to regulator(s).
- Perform regular AML/CTF KYC controls on existing client profiles & assist in internal/external audit & regulatory requests.
- Escalate to NTGS SE MLRO and COO any issues with regards to the effectiveness.
Skills/ Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within the financial services industry in Luxembourg, within a Compliance / Anti Money Laundering environment at a similar level of responsibility;
- In depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Legislations of Luxembourg, Anti-Fraud Procedures and other relevant regulations
- Ability to interpret AML / Fraud / Sanctions / Financial Crime regulations and assess impact to existing AML Ops processes to implement improvement to financial crime systems and controls;
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory framework, rules, legislation and guidance in relation to all Financial Crime matters;

- Timely and accurate completion of the compliance program of NTGS SE within B-Wise and in line with the Global Compliance Framework for the regulations other than AML/CTF; this entails completion of related: Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA), including answers to Corporate Compliance quality check questions, CRA actions formalisation and tracking, CRA quarterly attestation, Issue of the yearly NTGS SE compliance control plan
- Timely completion and formalisation of the report of the planned controls (Monitoring reviews), including getting a formal agreement, management action and target date of a business owner on the related eventual findings (which completion must be tracked and slippages escalated and included in CCO report).
- Support preparation of ad hoc reports both internally and externally (Long Form Report) on topics other than AML/CTF
- Contribute to the review cycle of the compliance policies
- Maintain a log at NTGS SE, and inform EMEA Regulatory Liaison, of all interactions with the financial supervisory authorities of NTGS SE, including the ones of NTGS SE branches
- Alert and deliver “consultancy” style service to NTGS SE partners, including the branches, as well as to other compliance or business partners across NT group, in regards to the Luxembourg regulation other than AML/CTF. Skills/Qualifications:
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
- Bachelor degree, CAMS and/or Compliance certification issued by the Luxembourg House of Training would be an asset.
