Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Role :
- Provide legal advice on complex financing and capital markets matters, with a strong international dimension.
- Take ownership of drafting, negotiating and reviewing transactional documents, ensuring seamless execution alongside colleagues from different jurisdictions.
- Work directly with global clients - from private equity houses to investment banks - and build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers at the top of their fields.
Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Profile:
- Qualified as a lawyer in Luxembourg, able to work independently and manage your own billing.
- 4-6 years' experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or transactional work within a Luxembourg law firm.
- Registered with the Luxembourg Bar (List I or II ).
- Excellent command of English ; additional languages such as French or German are highly valued.
- Strong experience with cross-border deals, comfortable navigating fast-paced and international environments.
- Pragmatic, business-driven, and motivated to deliver high-quality results.

Corporate Officer / PSL - Your Role :

- Fluency in English; French or German would be an asset.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
